As an NZCS Customer you will not be wholly reliant on remote monitoring, because you have access to a live NZCS help desk during office hours, so if you do have any computing problems or questions at all, from a log jam in the printer queue to a failure to back up data, you can talk to one of our helpful IT technicians on the phone for an immediate response.
